This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') governs your use of Payrillium's products, services, websites, and platforms. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Permitted Use
You may use Payrillium's services for lawful business purposes related to payment processing, point-of-sale operations, device management, and related commerce activities.
You may integrate our APIs and SDKs into your applications in accordance with our developer documentation and applicable terms of service.
You may use our engineering services to develop compliant payment solutions under the scope of agreed engagement terms.
2. Prohibited Activities
Processing payments for illegal goods or services, including but not limited to narcotics, counterfeit goods, or prohibited financial instruments.
Using our systems to facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
Attempting to circumvent PCI DSS, EMV, or other applicable security standards or certifications.
Unauthorized access to, or interference with, our systems, networks, or the systems of our clients.
Using our services to collect or process cardholder data in violation of PCI DSS requirements.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our proprietary software without prior written consent.
Using our services to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) or to harvest personal data.
3. Security Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and access keys.
You must promptly notify Payrillium of any suspected security breach, unauthorized access, or compromise of payment data.
You must maintain your own PCI DSS compliance obligations for any systems you operate that interact with our platform.
You must not store, log, or retain full primary account numbers (PANs) or other sensitive authentication data in violation of PCI DSS requirements.
4. Content Standards
Any content you submit to or through our platform must not be defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringing on the intellectual property rights of others. You are solely responsible for content you provide in connection with our services.
5. Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations, including those governing financial services, data protection, and consumer rights.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to [email protected]. Payrillium will investigate reported violations and take appropriate action.
7. Enforcement
Payrillium reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services for any user found to be in violation of this policy.
We may report suspected illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Violations may result in civil or criminal liability.
8. Changes to This Policy
Payrillium reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
